Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the specialized and academic nature of our products, the following policy applies:

Pre-orders
All pre-orders are considered final once placed. By completing a pre-order, you agree to the stated estimated shipping timeframe. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns
We do not accept returns for delivered products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mossesofeurope.com, including photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• The item is confirmed defective or damaged
• The order cannot be fulfilled

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect expectations
• Delays outside our control once shipped

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
